Training Day 2
Today I had to run intervals on a crowded track a few blocks from my house. It's amazing to me how many people prefer to walk/run in a circle instead of the beautiful strand over looking the beach. I was only there because I needed to do 1/4 miles splits. I ran 4 laps at 1:52, 1:55, 1:55, 1:37 with a resting lap between each. I felt pretty good on the run no signs of aches or injuries yet. In addition I did pull-ups and some planks to hit the other core muscles.
